Lots of Harriers in racing action this week with medals and PBs being notched up.
Firstly well done to the Moore brothers for their solid performances at the Lisburn this week.
Reuben continued his development by running an excellent PB in 38.48. Andy also showed his progression by running 1.45 in the Half Marathon.
Then last night, Kirstie Annett produced an excellent run in Ards Half Marathon with a comeback PB in 1.52.
Finally, today in the NI Masters Track Championships, Ross Mercer managed to pick up a Bronze Medal in the M40 category 3000m race. Ross produced a strong finish to pick up his first NI Masters medal.
